Lifting Your Mood

HELLO everyone, thank you for visiting my blog today.  My name is Linda Frame and I am here everyday with:    DAILY ADVERSITY SUPPORT

I’m here to talk about the challenges, the hurdles, those ‘nothing goes right’ days and the set backs that jump in your way unexpectedly.  You may even feel like that ‘black cloud’ hanging over your head seems to have your name on it.  If a particular topic of the day here doesn’t suit you or doesn’t speak to you, that’s fine, maybe tomorrows topic will seem more interesting to your issues in your life.  Why, because I have been through a lifetime of rock bottom challenges, and I want to share how you can crawl back up successfully.

 

I actually had a ‘wake call’ this morning.  You know the usual ‘hi how are you’, ‘fine how about you, (pause….), I’m in such a bad mood”…… and the rest was a series of details of how miserable their weekend was which overflowed into today, obviously.

After the first 10 minutes, I had to say  STOP!   Now some of you may be shocked or feel that was negative because I ‘wasn’t listening’.  Actually I was, however, there comes a point when repeating & repeating is only going to impregnate you subconscious into believing only what you consistently repeat.  

 

 

 

SUBCONSCIOUS

 

 

Your SUBCONSCIOUS mind is the is the MOST powerful of all.

You Feel whatever you are carrying around in your brain – Subconsciously.  Therefore, if you continue over and over to tell yourself how “awful” you feel, or how much of a “bad mood” you’re in, your Subconscious mind has just been fertilized with all of the negative.  

Now, you Subconscious mind is carrying around all that ‘bad mood’, ‘woe is me’, ‘I hate my life’, ‘I hate my job’. etc, etc, because why?  Because your subconscious mind is they most powerful of all.  

 

 

 

TIPS to LIFT YOUR MOOD

Stop being so negative.  You literally have to turn round the negative thoughts and words in positive.  It happened, let it go and move on.

Stop Gossiping.  Talking about someone else to make yourself feel better is negative.  Gossip is not truths, they’re someone else’s interpretation of truths.

Say No.  Say NO to the negatives your thinking.  Say NO to overloading yourself with other things to ‘keep you mind busy’.  It already IS busy with “junk’!

Give up Giving Up.  Give up the ‘bad day, ‘woe is me’ and thin about what you are “fortunate for” in your life, some positive.

Lets Go of the Grudges.  Let go, it’s only eating away and increasing your stress level.  Forgive and relieve your subconscious mind.

Stop putting yourself down.  Speak about yourself only positively, say thank you to compliments.  Believe you are good and your subconscious will believe.

Stop taking yourself so Seriously.  Think of a joke that made you laugh.  Laughing is healthy for your heart and puts things in proper perspective.

Stop Worrying about what Others Think.  Who cares!  Focus on being a good person and helping others, to strengthen your self-esteem.

Life is 10% of what happens to you, and 90% of how you react to it.”….
