HELLO everyone, thank you for visiting my blog today. My name is Linda Frame and I am here everyday with: DAILY ADVERSITY SUPPORT

I’m here to talk about the challenges, the hurdles, those ‘nothing goes right days and the set backs that jump in your way unexpectedly. You may even feel like that ‘black cloud’ hanging over your head seems to have your name on it.
If a particular topic of the day here doesn’t suit you or doesn’t speak to you, that’s fine, maybe tomorrows topic will seem more interesting to your issues in your life. Why, because I have been through a lifetime of rock bottom challenges, and I want to share how you can crawl back up successfully.
Regardless of what of what you’re going through; loss, life changing events, overwhelming issues, stress from work, stress from lack of money, what ever it is, you can still do things everyday for yourself.
You must take the time you need to find things that will off set these overwhelming issues that are weighing on you, even if it’s for a short time, but at least you’ve taken the moments to do something for yourself.
Whether your situation is that you’re a top millionaire, you’re homeless, you’re grieving, you happen to be successful in your own business, or struggling to make ends meet, it doesn’t matter what you have going on in your life, the most important thing is: you have to take care of you.
So, why am I making a big deal about this? Doing something for yourself brings an internal smile to your body, your mind and your soul.
Doing little positive things for yourself, not only gives you a little internal peace, but those around you will also benefit from you taking care of you.
Here’s a few simple things that will give your “inners” a smile:
Applaud others’ successes.
Exercise daily.
Keep a positive attitude.
Read a variety of things for 30 minutes a day, that will give you strength and hope.
Play with the children.
Enjoy nature again.
Laugh heartily and out loud.
Play with your pet.
Plant a little garden.
Take a class.
Count your blessings everyday.
Take a risk.
Sing out loud from your heart.
Dance like no one can see you.
Get a pet.
Eat healthy.
Give your time generously to others.
There is nothing but joy in these activities, but if your saying “I don’t have time, I have to ……….”, then you especially need to make the time for some of these.
Being on the dead run is doing to you physically, just as it says: it’s killing you literally. If you don’t pay attention to yourself FIRST, you are not going to be worth anything to anyone else.
If you are so down in the dumps these thoughts don’t even appeal to you, you’re wrong. When I was further down than you are now, I had to find something to give to myself in order to start changing my outlook from within.
In order to start pulling yourself back up, you have to start from deep within yourself “to change your negative thinking”, because if you don’t change your internal negatives, you’ll never be able to pull yourself out of what you’re going through. Trust me, I have been exactly where you are now.
The ONLY way I was able to get to where I am now, to be successful in what I’m doing, was to start deep with in myself by starting to feed and fertilize myself with internal smiles and joy for myself.
By doing these positive things for myself everyday faithfully regardless of how I felt, those little seeds of internal positive joys started to grow and became my everyday habits.
What does all this mean? What you seed, is what will sow, or again put differently, what you plant and feed within yourself, is what will grow and that is exactly what you’ll become.
“Whatever you hold inside your mind on a consistent basis, is exactly what you will experience in your life” – Tony Robbins

I must admit that spending quality time with our little stray dog brings me immense joy on so many levels. She brings something that money just cannot buy. So I totally endorse your advice of getting a pet … somehow life is better when shared with a pet!
Oh I have to agree 100% with you Erica. Nothing brings more joy & smiles to me than the love of a dog. Thank you for your thoughts, you brought a big smile to me with this.
Oh this is so important Linda, absolutely do something for yourself every day – my day starts with an hour of something just for me – Empowerment, thankyou
Perfect, treat & feed yourself first! Great habit Helen.
