“I’VE GOT SO MUCH GOING ON, I CAN’T BREATHE!”
Seriously, who doesn’t know someone like this, maybe it’s YOU!
Work, kids, school, deadlines, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, bills, daycare, appointments, pet care, dinner, traffic…….
BREATHE…. Seriously, BREATHE….
Okay, you already know you’re on the dead run all the time.
You may already be to the point where the overwhelming affects are hitting you.
So, what do you do?
Well, first, do NOT panic. You’ve got this. It’s easier than you think.
There are many things you could do, but I’m not going to refer to that today.
It’s more important for you to think only of 5 things today, okay.
In order for you to juggle all you have going on, you have to find a way to balance yourself.
Here are a few simple thoughts for today for you to think about, for you…

HOW TO START TO GAIN BACK CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE
Pay attention to yourself.
If you don’t stay healthy, you’ll be less able to handle the stress of work & home.
Stop procrastinating.
It takes much more energy fretting over not doing a project that actually doing it. So, save your energy for better things & just get started.
Simplify.
If the housecleaning is weighing you down, get a house cleaner once a week, or twice a month or just monthly.
If your doing too much, say no to things you don’t want to do or don’t have time to do.
Be a kid & play.
Give your family or friends 1:1 time. Have a long talk over coffee or tea, watch TV with yours kids or get down on the floor & play with your kids. Have fun & share a good laugh, it’s good for you.
Be grateful.
Although you may be in the most hectic times in your life, there still are things we can be thankful for. Reflecting on the good things in our lives help keep an important balance in our outlook.
***************
If you’ve noticed, these are about YOU.
There not scheduling or storage remedies for you to try.
These thoughts are referring to the most important factor of all that’s going on with you. YOU.
In order for you to be able to sustain a healthy life & enjoy your life with others, you must look inward to yourself.
If you don’t take care of yourself, you will not be there for anyone else.
