“That’s Stupid, I Don’t Need To Do That!’ | How to make sure you start out everyday with the right HABITS.

“THAT’S STUPID, I DON’T NEED TO DO THAT!”

Everyone of us have our own routines don’t we.

We get up, shower, dress, get ready to begin our day & off we go.

All done usually without thinking too hard about it & bingo we’re either at work, enjoying our children or pets, visiting someone, shopping, vacationing or what ever it is you do.

We’ve got our schedule in our minds, so what else is there to do?

So, whats the question?

Simple, are you REALLY ready in your mind, or are you just going to wing everything because you “don’t need to do that”.

Your schedule of activities may be ready in your mind, but how about how you believe, carry yourself & how you project yourself.

What about how you handle things, obstacles, challenges, road blocks throughout your day.

Do you have a ‘method’ or routine you believe in as to how you handle those types of things.

No, that’s NOT stupid to have a belief within yourself of how you handle the unknown things that come up on a daily basis throughout your day that will test your character, who you really are.

You should have in your heart & mind what is truly right, the things that define your own character & virtues.

These characteristics should be your habits, they should be embedded in your brain, they should be the things you do without giving them another thought throughout your day.

So, again, do you have those things within you?

Or, are you just praying all will go well for you all day.

HOW TO START YOUR DAY OUT WITH THE RIGHT HABITS.

Have patience with people.

Have excitement with new fresh ideas.

Let go of grudges.

Appreciate the people around you.

Move out of  your comfort zone.

Forgive everyone who asks you to.

Do something that will last way beyond your own lifetime.

Work hard everyday.

Laugh at yourself.

Fight being evil.

Stay true to your word.

Don’t just listen to others, ‘hear’ what they are saying.

Stand up for those less fortunate than you.

These should be normal actions & responses from you, they should be your ‘habits’ everyday.

If they aren’t or you recognize doing them “once in a while”, you aren’t believing in what’s right.

These aren’t part time habits, these are full time character actions that should be done without thinking twice about it.

If you haven’t developed these, try them, get in the habit of doing them.

I promise, they will change who you are, & how you feel…

I think most people just pray the day will turn out alright?

Being conscious and practiced with our habits maintain our good character no matter what the day sends our way. Awesome advice Linda.
