“I JUST WANT TO BE HAPPIER!”
I think we all want to have happiness, don’t you?
I know I do, but there are some things that you can actively do to change how you feel.
There’s no one size fits all for you on this, but maybe one of these thoughts may hit the spot.
*********************************************************************************************
How to change your thinking & doing:
Never accept that this is the way it has to be. Only you can make it happen.
Find the food in every situation even when there doesn’t seem to be any.
Never think you are too old.
Think of things you’d like to accomplish in the next 10, 20 or 30 years.
Get a pet & love it. Watch what it gives back to you.
Take your vitamins.
Live, laugh & enjoy the moments.
Act like a kid every now & then.
Do something special for yourself that you’ve always wanted to do.
Treasure your family & friends. Appreciate them for who they are & expect nothing in return.
Go away for a weekend with your best friends. You’ll come back with a big smile & a great attitude.
Open your door & heart to those who don’t have as much as you do.
***************************************************************************************
These thoughts are meant to bring you joy.
The the lasting effect it will have on others you share them with, priceless.
Enjoy your life while you have the opportunity.

Love these tips! Especially act like a kid every now and then and get a pet.
When I have a pet (and I’ve had plenty), I feel like a completely different person than when I don’t have one. I am caring for another life. The unconditional love from a pet is unmatched. The loyalty too!
Great post. Bookmarking this one for when I’m blue and I need a reminder.. xoxo
A pet brings out the unselfish side in us, we having a little being we are responsible for, their little heart & feelings, needs come before ours. It does change our attitude & teaches US the magic of unconditional love. Thank you Heather!
What a great message in this post Linda! Love it! My favorite is “It doesn’t matter what we are. It matters what we do.” Thanks so much for sharing this!
Love this one Linda – thanks heaps! Simple and straight to the point and more importantly – EASILY doable!
I love acting like a big kid! I love seeing life through the eyes of a kid … anything is possible when you’re a kid … we need to keep that sense of wonder as we grow older. Beautiful post Linda!
