Maybe I should have asked this properly: how many of you have said this yourself?
Yeah, I thought so.
Admit it or not, it’s being done by so many everyday.
Having a daily habit of worrying eventually takes a toll on your whole body & mind.
If you think you’re immune, you’re not at all, no one is. & I do mean no one!

HOW WORRYING EFFECTS YOUR WHOLE BODY & MIND
Bad Habits:
Worrying is a habit, the result of preconditioning & years of practice. The destructive habit of worrying turns people into prisoners.
Fright:
People who worry are not being cautious or thinking things over, they are simply scared. Running scared is the enemy of success, peace, contentment, happiness, joy, laughter.
Hazy Results:
Those who worry are second guessing themselves, which produces a hesitancy that brings with it an unclear focus. This type of hazy goal will produce a hazy result.
No Spark:
Your excitement is gone. Worry lets the air out of all you do, draining the fun & excitement from everything.
Wasted Time:
Statistics show, over 90% of what you worry about, never comes to pass. To worry is to waste time, therefore the more you worry, the less you accomplish.
Self Doubt:
Worrying is a downward spiral that focuses on the negative & why things can’t be done, instead of why things can be done. It’s a sinkhole, a debilitating attitude, & a terrible habit.
Physical Ailments:
Your body reacts adversely to internal worries. When you continue to carry around distraught thoughts & worry which leads to a rapidly deteriorating body.
Mediocrity:
Very capable people who worry, are rendered incapable of accomplishing their intended goal. Worry makes you more like a chicken pecking on the ground, when you are intended to soar like an eagle!
Improper Shaping:
You are daily molded & shaped by you thinking, & worrying should not shape you future.
No Creativity:
Your freedom to be creative is compromised by worry. You simply cannot excel to your full potential when worry controls your thoughts.

You can do anything, be anything & go anywhere you want. But, being in a constant state of worry all the time won’t enable you to take that first step.

worrying is so detrimental to your health, body and mind. My advice is to do whatever it takes to get out of worry mode into solution mode and peace mode by meditating, listening to good audios, watching good videos and reading positive books. Also EFT is amazing at relieving stress and worry. Thanks Linda!
