Have you ever wonder this same statement?

 

Maybe you thought to be successful is to have a lot of money, big beautiful home, nice car, ‘things’ for your kids, best schools & buy whatever you want, right.?…

 

 

 

 

 

Is THAT your answer to what success is?

Well, for many people, that answer is the “only answer” to success.  Just look at all the Facebook & Instagram flashy pictures & ads they put on about themselves…..

If your answer of what success is that of the flashy things I described, you are talking about a chosen lifestyle. 

However, I’m talking here today, about SUCCESS.

None of those mentioned above are about Success at all.  Just hang with me here, I’m about to tell you what Success is really all about.

THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS REALLY IS:

To find the best in others.

To appreciate beauty.

To laugh often & love a lot.

To earn the approval of honest critics & endure the betrayal of false friends.

To win the respect of intelligent people & the affection of children.

To give of yourself.

To leave he world a bit better, whether by a redeemed social condition, a garden patch or a healthy child.

To have played & laughed with enthusiasm until your belly hurt & sung out loud in a crowd with pride.

 

To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived & made a difference in theirs.

…This is to have succeeded…

Success is not about the “things” or “money” you have.

 

 

Success is about living, making a difference in others, giving of yourself, laughter, loving, appreciating everything around you & giving back & breathing.
