“I’m Too Tired To Think Anymore!” | How To Keep Your Brain Healthy

“I’M TOO TIRED TO THINK ANYMORE!”

Whether you’re working, you’re at home, in college, retired, traveling, out of work or too down in the dumps to do anything or even care, you need to be more aware of your brain cells.

-Um Wait, What?

Yes, you read that right, you have got to take care of your own brain cells.

When you get the message, you think about your stomach, you think about your bladder, bowels and breathing, as well as other areas of your body right, well sort of….

You need to remember your brain cells too, because if you don’t, they’ll start to fail you, if they haven’t already.

Use it before you lose it…….

Yeah, that phrase may sound familiar.

But there’s an importance to that phrase when it comes to your brain cells.

Pay attention here and read on…

As an infant, the brain is an empty canvas to be filled with knowledge and learning.

The brain cells are healthy and ready to be stimulated with information.

BUT, as we age, that stimulation in the brain cells needs to continue to be stimulated regularly, or else the cells begin to slough and die off.

So to keep your brain cells working, nourish them with information and functioning properly everyday.

-What can YOU do?

Plenty of things!

You can see the pattern here.

Just as we daily learned as a child, we must continue to learn daily as adults.

Use it or lose it, to exercise you brain cells everyday

Look for opportunities that will make you think on a regular basis.

Find something that will challenge you.

By doing these things for your brain cells, who knows, you might learn something….
