“I Just Don’t Care Anymore!” | How to avoid destructive mistakes

“I JUST DON’T CARE ANYMORE!”

When things are not going very well for us day after day, & you struggle being so down, whether it’s from a loss of a loved one or friend, divorce / separation, loss of job, financial loss, illness / recovery process, etc.,  this is serious.

You don’t notice it initially but you start to become more & more destructive.

Now, by destructive, I mean your thoughts & habits become more negative & begin tearing yourself down more than you already were.

So, that “self destruction” you are doing to yourself is beginning to cause significant damage to yourself.

Okay you don’t believe that you’re harming yourself, well, I guarantee you that the destruction has already started.

This type of destruction is the “hardest” to recover from because you have submersed all of your negative thoughts & habits into your subconscious brain.

Whoa what.  My what?  Yes, your subconscious brain.

Your brain has a CONSCIOUS & SUBCONSCIOUS areas.

Your conscious area is obvious, how you work, do things, speak, remember, more of the everyday functional use in your mind. (summarized to keep the understanding of these descriptions simple).

The “Subconscious” mind is the most powerful of all.

What you feel & what you carry around in your brain/mind is done in the “subconscious”  & also the hardest the correct.

So, all the negative thoughts and habits you begin to develop while you are so down, grieving, alone or just ‘down in the dumps’, those negatives are STICKING in your subconscious & are going to be the absolute hardest to get out & recover from.

Those subconscious thoughts/feelings ‘come back to haunt’ you if you don’t find a way to eliminate & clean them out & replace them with positive thoughts.

Examples?  Okay, let me give you a few “DESTRUCTIVE” examples of the MISTAKES I am talking about, that stay in your subconscious mind.

How to avoid destructive mistakes

The delusion that personal gain is only made by crushing & hurting others.

The tendency to worry about things that cannot be changed or corrected.

Insisting that a something is impossible just because you cannot accomplish it.

Refusing to set aside trivial negative preferences.

Neglecting development & refinement of your mind, & not acquiring the habit of reading & studying something that challenges you.

In other words, avoiding Personal Development.

Attempting to convince others to believe & live as you do.

The longer you convince yourself that everything is over, terrible, awful, will never be the same again, you will actually succeed in believing it!

Whatever your situation, you MUST move forward, & only put positives into your mind for your “subconscious” and believe in yourself that YES, you can do this.

If you don’t believe in yourself, you’re right, you will never be the same because you have marinated your ‘subconscious’ mind & now believe you will never get over this.

Remember, your ‘subconscious’ mind is the most powerful, what you put in there, is how you will be.
