“THIS IS NEVER GOING TO WORK!”
When everything falls apart, our world as we knew it starts crumbling down around us, we know we’ve failed don’t we.
We look at all we did, all we had & realize we’re just a failure.
But what a minute, did you know that to fail & being a failure are NOT the same?
No, they are not.
I want you to take a careful look at these two words & their meanings because it’s really not what you have thought all this time.
We know the dictionary defines fail as: to be unsuccessful, to cease in function.
It also defines failure as: the act of failing, someone who has failed.
So we can’t dispute that.
However, I want you to know right now, those are NOT the real definitions of Fail & Failure.

How to know the difference between FAIL & FAILURE
To fail is not the same as being a failure:
You may have many failings & yet still be far from being a failure.
To fail is not the disgrace everyone thinks it is:
To make an error is to do nothing more than to join the human race.
Failure is only a temporary setback:
Failure is never the final chapter of the book of your life, unless you give up & quit.
Nothing worthwhile is ever achieved without running the risk of failure:
Anyone who risks everything to try to achieve something truly worthwhile & fails, is anything but a disgraceful failure.
Failure is a natural preparation for success:
Strange as it may seem to some of you, success is much more difficult to live with successfully, than is failure.
Every failing brings with it the possibilities of something greater:
Analyze failure under whatever circumstances you choose, & you will discover some seeds for turning failure into success.
What you do with failures in your life, is up to you:
Failure is either a blessing or a curse, depending on the individual’s reaction or response to it.
Failings are opportunities to learn how to do things better the next time, to learn where the pitfalls are & how to avoid them:
The best possible thing to do with failure is to learn all you can from it.

If you “fail” at something, immediately turn that into a teachable moment for yourself.
You don’t learn unless you make some failures along the way in life.
Never let those mishaps cause you to give up, learn all you can from it & move on.
Just remember, sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

“Failure is a natural preparation for success”
YES!!!! I must admit that in the beginning it was hard to swallow failure. But as time progressed i realized that something so valuable came from every little hiccup. Thank you for putting this into perspective Linda!
You’re so welcome Erica. I’ve learned so much from so many failures in my life only to realize this was a pretty good lesson! If only people would recognize the opportunity they have in front of them during those hiccups! Thank you my friend.
It all makes you stronger & a better person you’ve become. Thank you!
