When you are not use to exercising, that’s probably the last thing you want to do.

You’re tired, you just want to sit & watch TV or read.

Oh, I get that because we would ALL like to take a day off.

However, I’m talking about the health of your body.

If you don’t get Regular exercise of some type, you are putting your body & your health at risk.

Here are just some of the reason’s why you must exercise:

(Being physically active for at least 30 minutes per day, 3 or more days a week, has these benefits)

Helps mange weight.

Helps control blood pressure.

Builds endurance & muscular strength.

Reduces feelings of depression & anxiety.

Helps build & maintain healthy bones, muscles, & joints.

Promotes psychological well-being & self-esteem.

Lowers risk factors for heart disease, colon cancer, & type 2 diabetes.

Helps to reduce your risk of developing or dying from heart disease.

These are only some of the things patients are instructed to do to maintain a healthy body by there physicians.

Eating properly & not smoking has a lot to so with keeping yourself in good health.

There are many things you cannot predict, have control over, or do for yourself.

However, getting consistent regular exercise IS something you CAN have control of.

This should be a consistent daily habit that you look forward to everyday.

  1. For me one of the greatest benefits of daily exercise is that it MAKES ME FEEL GOOD! And when I feel good, I feel inspired. And when I feed inspired I create work that is inspirational. And when I create work that is inspirational … well … that’s where the magic happens!
