“I JUST WANT TO MAKE THE BEST DECISIONS!”

I truly think we all want to do the right thing, I do.

But sometimes we get our own way & our intentions come out wrong.

I have a few thoughts I’d like to share with you to think about, use them or not, it’s just a thought.

How to make decisions you’re proud of:

Make decisions that show virtue.

Make decisions that you like to have your children & grandchildren make.

Make your decisions based upon the timeless & proven principles given in the bible.

Make decisions that you would admire & respect if made by others.

Make decisions that promote truth & integrity.

Be sure that your decisions are NOT one sided & only serve you.

Everyone has the right to their intentions & deserves your respect.

Simple respectful Communication can make such a difference to all.

  1. I think far too few people think along the lines of your suggestions when they make decisions. Even if it all boiled down to just one question, ‘Will I be proud of this decision in the future’, the world would be a better place if more people asked it first.

    Great post again Linda.

  2. Great post Linda! I think it’s safe to say that most of us really do hope to make decisions that we’re proud of:) I also love the quote by Maya Angelou, it’s one of my favorites. Thanks for sharing!

  3. Linda I can hear you say this words

and always love your posts this one is no different!

Im always proud of a decision that I make and I make from looking inside and I can do it with speed and with clarity and of course when I know I have all the information to make a fully informed decision.

That is a gift that you have Di. You know yourself well enough, to respond to a decision with timeliness, since you have omitted the need to ‘search’ for an answer. Well done my friend. Thank you for sharing.

  4. Love this Linda… really good reasons to take action.. thank you..
