I’m not procrastinating, I’m Thinking …

When people spend too much time planning out something new they’re going to do, most of that is really procrastination. How can you plan out what you’re going to do, when it’s new? You have no idea what to expect, what’s coming, how it’s suppose to go. So how can you plan anything about a new project.

When you spend all your time & energy analyzing something, you should at least know something about it. That’s what overthinking really is, not planning ahead or bring prepared, it’s overthinking it aka procrastinating.

Don’t always overthink things, give yourself a break & ‘go with the flow’. If you always have to prepare for something & align your routine, well that’s fine, but vary it occasionally. You just may discover things you have been missing …
