Is This Really the End?

Ever been overwhelmed, feeling beside yourself with anxiety, unable to take anymore & feeling hard to breath? That’s feeling smothered with everything going on around you. It’s also a wake up call.

Panic generally comes to mind for some people, although that is not the direction you need to be lean towards. Instead, when this smothered feeling comes over you, that wake up call is real & you better pay attention.

First you should stop everything you’re doing, just be still & breathe. You need to give your mind & body time to gather themselves/yourself. You cannot possibly get yourself together when you can’t even think straight.

When things feel like there’s no way out, you don’t know what to do & literally the end is near, it’s really not. When you stop, be still & let all the chaos & whirlwind of the deafening monkey chatter stop spinning in your mind, you’ll learn something.

Instead of the feeling of doom & gloom coming down around you, you’ll actually find hope. A new beginning will appear.
Being quiet & still allows your physical body slow it’s metabolism & Adrenalin to begin to slow back down. When that happens you start to clear the fog in your brain & soon clarity will begin to happen.

This is why I advise people to stop, walk away & even wait until another day before you go back to those issues. You’re your worst enemy & a terrible decision maker when you’re overwhelmed thinking it’s all over! Whereas, getting away from all the panic & stress will give you a new perspective on your issues. http://authorlindaframe.com

What feels like the end, is often the beginning. But, you have you recognize the warning, in order to give yourself clarity …
