I’m Too Afraid To Do That …

So many experiences are never learned because of fear. Whether it’s new & something unknown, too out of the box for you, way out of your comfort zone or fear of failure. Regardless of the reason, you are missing a learning opportunity.

In all things, there is always a nugget in there for you to learn that you will carry with you for life. How something operates, how that task may help you with something else, a formula or procedure you never knew of. It could be a level of work you didn’t know you actually enjoyed. You may even find out what you are actually capable of being able to do.

All of these variables & many more you’ll never know about, because you hid behind your unwillingness to try something new. The possibilities are endless for you, even now while you may be older. Your mind is hungry for new data, new knowledge & experiences. However, it’s your own limitations that cheat yourself from learning more. What you’ll find, most new things are actually all made up of common sense you already knew.

When you find yourself backing off & closing yourself out of trying something new, just stop. Take a moment to take a big deep breath of courage & exhale your fear!
You CAN do anything you open your mind to learn. You cannot fail if you’re trying, you only miss out on learning if you don’t try …
