Sometimes schedules, deadlines, appointments, updates, alarm clocks, time clocks, timers, traffic, all just become way too much. After time, each of these cause so many issues, with stress being the primary concern.

Then, add on the daily challenges life has to offer. Life is hard, beautiful, testing, crazy & fun all mixed into one surprise after another. This is how we learn, grow & become who we are.

However, there’s a hidden element with all of this busy life stuff. You have to know how to adjust, handle your stress levels, work hard & also when to step back. Knowing when to slow down, take time for yourself & when to recharge your ‘batteries’.

There’s also the necessity of taking the time for yourself & winding down. You must find a balance for your health too because if you don’t do it, your body will do it for you.

You can’t continue at your rapid unrealistic pace without your body & health finally breaking down. How you do it is up to you, but the best way is to simplify your life, routines, habits. When do you start? Today …
