Oh sure this is easy to do, but why is it that not many are successful at this? It’s because people have this need to gravitate towards drama and cannot seem to let things go. They just have to leave their opinion or correct someone or even push someone’s buttons. Sound at all familiar?

It’s not that you have to wear blinders, but if you want to stay out of things, you have to train yourself to ignore them and yes, that is difficult for some people, but it can be done.

Not everything requires your attention, not every conversation needs your input and not every malfunction requires your repair. It’s a known fact that some people have a radar that picks up every little thing that goes on within a 50 yard radius of them. But you do not have to be that person.

When you get constant interruptions throughout the day with other’s drama, what really happens, you have not accomplished anything for the day, you become frustrated.

Learn how to get Inner Peace by just ignoring all the chaos that is going on around you. Not everything is in need of your input and you really don’t need to have all the latest scoop on what’s going on.
